We’re excited to welcome Plangrep to Buildcheck.
Their team has been developing systems for reading plans, extracting structured data from complex drawing sets, and preparing it for LLMs to interpret construction documents with greater accuracy and context. Along the way, they created specialized tools and APIs designed specifically for the realities of construction data.
That work adds an important new layer to what we’re building at Buildcheck.
By bringing Plangrep’s technology and expertise into Buildcheck, we can extend our ability to understand drawings, structure the information inside them, and build more capable AI-driven workflows around construction documents.
Plangrep also brings the perspective of a highly focused team that has been able to explore this problem space deeply and develop innovative approaches that complement our own.
Their experience and tools will now become part of the Buildcheck platform and help accelerate the products and capabilities we can deliver to our customers.
