Buildcheck won the Smart Cities & Building Solutions category for scale-ups at Cityscape Global 2025's Innovation Arena. The competition took place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, at the Cityscape Global conference.
Cityscape Global drew 172,000 visitors from 121 countries in 2024, with over $61 billion in real estate transactions concluded during the four-day event. The 2025 edition featured 450+ exhibitors and focused on AI and PropTech applications in real estate and construction. The event is sponsored by Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Municipalities and Housing in partnership with the Real Estate General Authority and Vision 2030's Housing Program.
In addition to pitching and winning the Smart Cities & Building Solutions category, Buildcheck CEO Alexander Michalatos attended the conference, meeting with developers and project teams working on Saudi Arabia's large-scale urban development projects. The Kingdom is executing multiple megaprojects including NEOM, New Murabba, Qiddiya, and Red Sea Global as part of Vision 2030.
