Buildcheck demonstrated its platform for detecting design coordination errors in 2D construction drawings using computer vision and AI. The technology identifies conflicts between architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems before construction begins.
The company has detected over 50,000 coordination errors across its customer base, preventing costly change orders and schedule delays. Design coordination failures represent one of the construction industry's largest sources of project cost overruns and schedule impacts.
